The Australia Post ORIAS has established itself as Australia’s most prestigious retail awards program, acknowledging the expertise of Australia’s trailblazing multichannel and online retailing pioneers
The diverse array of winners spanned across multiple retail categories and included leading domestic and global brands. These categories included the most coveted two Australia Post People’s Choice Awards (Large Retailer and Small Retailers); Best Pureplay Retailer; Best Small Independent Retailer; Best Multichannel Retailer; Best Online Retail Marketing; Best In-Store Initiative; Technology Champion; Customer Service Excellence; Best Small Independent Retailer; Best Social Commerce Initiative; International Conqueror; Hall of Fame; Online Retailer of the Year, and the Industry Recognition Award.
The partnership with Australia Post and the People’s Choice Awards continues to drive further growth and submissions for the ORIAS.
Australia Post Executive General Manager, Business and Government, Gary Starr said Australia Post is proud to once again acknowledge and support Australia’s eCommerce market leaders.
“These awards provide a platform for hardworking Australian online retailers to be acknowledged and we congratulate the ORIAS winners for their success. Australia Post supports online business, large and small, and we will continue to help them deliver outstanding customer service.”
The award judges reflected a cross-section of the retail community, having been meticulously selected by event organisers to ensure that the highest quality and integrity was maintained.
The judges included Head Judge, Nardia Dazkiw (Fancy Films), Matt Smith (Online Retailer Conference & Expo), Ben Franzi (Australia Post), Alita Harvey-Rodriguez (Managing Director at MI Academy), Kelly Stickel (Remodista), Matt Newell (Executive Strategy Director at The General Store), Monica Rosenfeld (Wordstorm PR), Louisa Simpson (Practical Ecommerce Consulting) and Alanna Bastin-Byrne (Femeconomy).

These awards are a testament to their dedication and hard work to remain passionate and competitive in today’s global economy.”
